And let’s just say, the journey to get here was a bit more of an “adventure” than we originally planned. Think of it as the Kagi version of a Willy Wonka tale, except with t-shirts instead of chocolate. Or a real-world version of Hal fixing a lightbulb.
So, what’s the big announcement? Well, we didn’t exactly open a t-shirt factory (though after this, we might qualify as experts). What started as a simple idea - “Let’s make some t-shirts for our amazing users!” - turned into a global quest that would make even the most seasoned logistician break a sweat.
People told us, “Shipping 20,000 gifts worldwide? That’s impossible!” Naturally, we took that as a challenge.
From crossing continents to navigating shipping routes, from mastering customs paperwork to perfecting quality control, we’ve done it all. We’ve learned more about the t-shirt business than we ever thought possible - all in the name of getting these shirts to you, our incredible community. Special thanks to our newest team member, Gillian, who made all this happen.

A: You’re right, this was our first time doing this, and we made a mistake not including these sizes. We’ll address this in the next batch.

A: You should have it in your inbox (check your spam folder just in case). If you didn’t receive it and believe you should have, please email store@kagi.com.
Q: I got my code. Until when it is valid?
A: Discount codes expire on September 15th, 2024.
Q: When will the t-shirts ship?
A: We’re sending the first 20,000 orders on September 16th. If we sell more than that, we’ll print another batch, which should only take a few weeks.
